Power of 3: Checking off April goals

I kept things really simple this month, all with the purpose of making sure I capitalized on a successful March after my disastrous February. 

My goals were:

– run 4 times every week: done. 

– run at the track: done, with a lot of eagerness to go back

– blog 12 times: done, with this post. It’s the most I’ve blogged in years.  

I haven’t finalized my May goals yet, but I believe I’m ready once again to challenge myself to get back to where I was in January before I got sick. It’s time for more miles, other cross training and a focus on nutrition.
